They're a bit expensive, but if you're sensitive to noise or want the most silent PC possible, these fans are worth it. I have four (3x 140mm and 1x 120mm) in my NZXT H500 and I have *never* heard them since installing them a few months ago. PWM function works great and I think these fans look super clean in a mostly-white build. The installation was AWESOME too because there are no screws involved, just little plastic pieces that are really easy to take on and off.I actually became a bit of a be quiet! stan because of these fans; since getting them, I've bought a new Straight Power 11 PSU and a Shadow Rock 3 (White edition) CPU cooler. Both of those products have also been completely silent and are worth the cost.TLDR; pricey but dead silent. 9/10

I formally had a case filled with Noctua nf-p12 and p14 redux fans for a whole year. I could not get past the harmonic sound and weird noises the fans would make, It was the sound it makes when you have an open window a crack. Noctua is supposed to make some of the most quiet fans but they were noticeably audible at many different RPMs both low and high. After months of searching and trial and error, I came upon the Shadow Wings by Be Quiet. I was stunned by how easy the installation was with their rubberized push pin installation. Every single pc fan should have this. It's groundbreaking. After firing up the computer, I tested the sound of the fan running at 100% expecting to have to dial it back. But to my very pleasant surprise, it was dead silent at 100% rpm from 3 ft away. I have heard so much about be quiet and especially with the name " Be Quiet", you would hope it to be silent, but this was a whole 'nuther level of whisper quiet operation. I am super impressed and cannot recommend these fans highly enough if you are running these purely as case fans and want dead-silent operation.

I purchased a white be quiet! pure base 500 case for my latest build. The case comes with (2) 140mm be quiet! pure wings 2 black fans. While these are truly excellent and quiet fans and an incredible value in the case at the price point, I wanted an all white build. I grabbed one be quiet! Shadow Wings 2 white fan when Amazon finally had one in stock.I love it! It runs quieter at a higher RPM than the pure wings fan and looks great in my build. When the white versions become available again, I am going to pick up another one or two to replace the black fan that is still in my case. That said, my case is virtually silent as is, but I expect even with a 3rd Shadow Wings fan, it will be even silenter (if that is even a word). In all - I love be quiet! products and love this Shadow Wings 2 140mm white case fan.

They are not cheap, which is why I could not justify buying them for original 20 bucks price. But they are so quiet and awesome looking that eventually I got em on sale. They look very simple (no rgb) but at the same time so very stylish and cool looking inside a case.I might be subjective, I am a fan of everything BeQuiet.I highly recommend these to anyone who wants qualityfans without rgb lights.
