Pros: Excellent fans, replaced to old non-cosair dying fans in my case for back top exhausts. The three fan color ring is cool feature. I'm using them for top exhausts and there pushing out tons of cold air as I put my hand over them. Rubber dampering corners are a nice feature. Very quiet fans.Cons: Only downside is two things. No optional four 4 pin connector on the fan I bought with the fans a 3 pin to 4 pin fan converter cable pack it works fine. And the three pin fan cable on the fan is very short, could be tough for some systems with spacey tower builds. I hope Corsair reads this and address's the issue with future upgraded models of this fan which they do listen to there customers and do the changes that are needed for a better future product release. To everybody saying the fans rubber corner screw holes are pretty tough to get the screws in they are. So what I did is used my fully charged power screw driver, the screws went instantly with the pressure applied with no problems at all. They are all fully snug and secured in place. So if you can use a charged powered screw driver with the right plus head drill bit size. Problem solved!

I had built my second computer and went with the cooler master "silent" series 120 fans, HUGE mistake, sounded like my case was gearing for take off the entire time I was on the computer. It actually increased in volume the couple of weeks I left it on, I finally couldn't take it anymore and after a LOT of research (didn't want to trust something with the word "silent" in its description as actually doing what it claimed anymore) and reading some very helpful reviews on Amazon I decided that I would take a chance with these. When I took them out of the boxes I could see I made the right choice, they are of so much higher quality than the other fans, it was like comparing gold to dirt. The fans are thicker, the material is not plastic, but much better quality, I cannot see through the fan blades, they have substance to them where my other fans were just flimsy. I put them in my case and hooked them up with my new PWM Female to 4 x PWM Male Computer Case Fan Splitter that I got at Amazon too, and crossed my fingers as I started the tower. Nothing, no gearing for take off, no humm...nothing! I had to put my hand up to the case to feel the breeze that they caused to reassure they were on! I should have known Corsair to equal quality as the case itself as well as the 2 fans that came with it are Corsair, but I thought I could save a few bucks and get away with it. Take my advice, spent a little more for quality and you won't have to buy earplugs or go through the hassle of rewiring 4 case fans cause 2 of them are cheap crap. "You pay for what you get" is a cliche for a reason!

I recently bought an AIO Corsair H100i v2, which works great, but the fans were extremely loud under full load. Almost sounded like a vacuum cleaner. I was considering Noctua fans but for one, they are an eye sore... and two they are cost almost 30 bucks a piece. I did not need the best performing fans since 4 fans would be cooling the radiator via a push pull config. At $23 for the twin pack I was hesitant, but I purchased them with the idea that I would return them if They were not quiet enough. To my surprise, they are (in my non scientific observation) 10 times quiter! Im very happy with my purchase as I'm no longer alarmed by the radiator fans when the PC goes to full load. Although you still hear a slight elevation in fan noise when on full load, the sound is more of a whisper and not nearly as loud as it used to be. I'm sure there are better fans out there but I can't imagine them being alot more quieter than these fans.FYI: ran Aida 64 to monitor performance and temps using these fans and temps stayed slighly lower both on idle and on full load; 1-2 deg difference (29 idle 65 avg full load 15min). 6700k OC 4.6 on 1.370 vWould recommend

Great, quiet fans with excellent airflow, but I do tend to have issues with them eventually. I replaced the noisier stock fans on my Corsair H100i cooler with two SP120 Quiets, and I've had to replace two of them in the past three years because something in the bearing eventually starts going bad and making noise. They're great, quiet fans otherwise, I would definitely give them 5/5 stars if it weren't for the fact that I've had a few that just seem to go bad over time.
