The fan blows a ton of air but doesn’t quite compete with the HD120’s, I suspect that to be a size issue and not a fan issue. The smaller fans spin considerably faster. At full speed, these 4 fans combined (3x hd120’s, 1x hd140) produce less noise than the axial fans on my Strix RTX 2080, and the stock front fans on my h100iv2 combined at 100% speed. (2x hd120’s on the back, making it a push/pull config). They are expensive however. The lighting is great, however only two of the modes I find suitable to match the rest of my AURA based RGB setup with the manual controller in the hd120 starter kit. I do not have them setup to be controlled from iCue with a lighting node or commander pro.

Great fans. Look good and operate good. I basically always use them on their lowest rpm and they're sound is comparable to my noctuas. I've used three of these and haven't had a single problem. Corsairs link software is easily my favorite to use.

Easy install and looks great when you have the smaller corsair sd/hd rgb lights to sync together. Very bright, vivid colors.
