Lex
These fans are quiet, and I mean very very quiet... they don't push a whole lot of air, but they are sufficient enough to keep my GPU cool at around 45 degrees C while idle and roughly 78 degrees C while gaming... the packaging they come in are top notch and the product quality and build are by far some of the better fans I have used in my case. This is a great value for your buck!

For 1000RPM fans, these demonstrably move quite a bit of air, and really are silent when placed in the interior of a case. I've replaced the 3 intake fans on my NZXT H440 case with these, and they're vastly quieter than the stock fans even at full RPM. Temperatures seem to be more or less the same, too.All that being said, I'd actually recommend getting the 1600RPM "Balance" version of these fans and using your motherboard's PWM control to slow them down; I don't need the extra cooling potential, but you might.

I bought two Cryorig QF120's to replace the stock fans that came with my NZXT s340. The NZXT fans were loud and not PWM controllable so spun at full speed all the time. These QF120's were easy to install (with screws) and very quiet. These QF120's combined with a Cryorig H7 made my Core i7 8700 machine nearly silent. Very happy and highly recommend.

I used 4 of these to replace the fans on my Corsair h100 AIO cooler, hooked up to a PWM splitter. They push a moderate amount of air even at full speed, but they are VERY quiet even up to 60% speed. I would recommend these for moving air through a case quietly, rather than for cooling a CPU with a strong overclock. Also the wiring is sleeved which is quite nice, and the mount points are rubber dampened.
