This fan is a great value for the money. It seems to perform well and is relatively quiet. It comes with rubber pulls that hold the fan in place. To install them you run the pointy end through the case and through the mounting holes on the front and back of the fan. Then you have to pull the rubber thing...hard! It is incredibly stretchy and I had to use decent force to pull it all the way through the fan mounting holes and seat it into the case mounting hole. Honestly I would rather just use screws - it would have been quicker to install and easier because it's difficult to get your hands in some spots and get enough grip and force to pull the rubber things into place. I won't knock a star off for that - I appreciate the thought and the idea that it will help dampen the sound of the fan.

Good fan. Good airflow. Surprisingly loud for how quiet they are. They have a high pitched coil whine type thing. This can be heard at pretty much all RPMs. My EK Vardar fans are quieter.

These fans are really quite and move the air efficiently. I have two of them running in the top of my case at full speed (only setting I could get them to work on based on the BIOS settings) and they aren't loud at all. Love it.

Great fan for the price. I highly recommend you check them out.PROS;- High Airflow- Low Noise- PWM- Work as both Airflow and Static Pressure fansCONS;- Can't think of any, honestly. In conclusion.. for the price, these can't be beat. They're re-branded Akasa Apache, since Apaches can't be bought easily in some locations. I personally use 2 of them in my build, one as exhaust and one on my CPU Cooler. Both have been working great for 6 months.
