It is hard to install cables from the power supply area and USB type C connector did not work with my motherboard.

I'll start with the big beef that made me return it, and drop two stars. On the product page on their site (see pic) it claims to support 140mm radiators on the rear port and a 280 in the top. I have two 280s and a 140. So, this would have been nice... if they'd fit. But they do not.The rads I planned to use are Black Ice GTSs; they are quite thin (and also very commonly used and well regarded.) But the rear mount will not take the 140 at all; and the top mount will not take one with a motherboard in, even with no RAM in said board. They'll fit fans just fine, but if this cannot accommodate RADIATORS of that size in those slots then they should say so. (Note: a 280 will fit in the front just fine... just the top and rear that were issues!)I bought it for that reason, and I had to return it because of that. Now, if that were not my requirement, then I might have given this 4 stars.Pros: Very spacious, pretty quiet, acceptable build quality for the price point. In the era of tempered glass and RGB everywhere, it's hard to find a decent windowless case. It's also baffled instead of having a "moduvent" like arrangement, which is nice for both looks and noise. Exterior plastics seemed to be of decent quality.Cons: Steel is pretty thin. Given the other features and considering the price point, that's not a dealbreaker. Drive mount plastics seem brittle, but again, price point. Pump mounting would be tricky; more isolation would be needed than normal due to the thin steel. This would probably make a very nice positive pressure (140mm fans, front and top in, rear exhaust) air-cooled case given the real estate, and if you stuck to slim rads that took 120mm fans, you'd probably be able to build a VERY nice but still quiet water cooling system (provided pumps were adequately dampened.)The USB-C front panel is also worth mentioning. It's nice that it's there. It is not, however, a 3.1 gen 2, but a 3.0 header. The downside of this is that it means 5Gb/s peak instead of 10Gb/s. The upside is that not all boards have the 3.1 Gen 2 header yet, but nearly all modern ones have 3.0 headers, and plenty of USB PCIe addon cards can add another 3.0 header if you need one. This means no unused front panel ports (a pet peeve of mine).I'd say if you want windowless with some dampening at this price point, and don't want to deal with Moduvents, this isn't a bad choice. Just don't expect to put your 280mm rad in the top; nor your 140 in the rear.

I don't know what the problem was. Whether it was a broken power button or what. Cases aren't the most complicated part of a computer. But, I installed my components. Computer would not turn on. I checked all the connections. I took everything out and put it in another case. The computer was fine.

FANTASTIC case. I've used a lot of cases, and this is the best I've had, bar none. Great build quality, beautiful aesthetics, keeps everything QUIET. Couldn't be happier with the case.
