Need to get rid of that noisy intel stock fan. This did a great job and it's running about 15 cooler at idle.

I don't know why everyone says to don't use it on an AM4 Chip, it works really well and and idle it stays under 38°C on a full load it stays under 58°C. I'm running a Asus B450m-a / Ryzen 5 2600 on a 8GB GDDR6 GPU. Games run smooth with no hiccups.

I used the stock intel CPU cooler for 6 years and this is the only PC I've built, it wasn't cooling anymore, I was getting temperatures of up to 90°C when gaming. With this cooler it fluctuates between 42°C-52°C, that's a huge improvement.

This cooler can handle any 65W TDP cpu with ease. If the blue LED is desirable or tolerable, look no further. That 92mm fan is so much easier to work with than say the CM hyper 212. If you wanted Noctua but can’t justify the price (or just can’t stomach it), this is the cooler for you.
