Pros: It keeps a Intel Core i3 3225 cool. Not too much of a feat given how little heat this CPU produces.Cons: This fan has a 3-pin connector - there is no fourth pin for motherboard fan speed regulation. So it runs at full speed all the time. There is no relief. It is relentless in its ability to produce noise. The stock Intel cooler is inaudible by comparison. My fault for not noticing the 3-pin connector in the product pictures.

It moves some air! so don't expect it to be whisper quiet but it gets the job done, I took off the stock paste and I used some arctic silver 3 instead for better temps.
