The Cryorig C7G is a great cooler, another reviewer mentioned that he used an adapter to mount a different fan on the cooler, and I followed his advice, and switched out the fans, it is much quieter, and performs surprisingly well despite its size. 9600k

Easily cools down an i9-10850k, though depending on what you run, can hit 90. Temps quickly decrease however, so it's not so much an issue for me.

The mounting system is very stable, and it removes heat very well allowing my Ryzen to self-boost higher and for longer. But good grief the noise level is very loud even at idle (40-50c temps) to the point that you can hear it through headphones. Under load it only gets louder/worse. The upside is they give you "normal fan" mounting brackets and I will be replacing this annoyingly loud fan with a noctua low profile 94 fan.

Unit worked great for the first year (i7-8700). Fan wore out and I have other CPU fans that have been running for years.Switched fan out with another spare that I had and it just doesn't seem to keep as cool anymore. Fan that I switched to is a higher quality and higher RPM.Short term usage was good, long term is poor.
