This replaced the Intel stock cooler on my i5 10400F on my Asrock B460m-ITX motherboard.Peak temp during Cinebench R23 multicore run is 58c.Intel stock cooler temps were hitting 100c.Using Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal paste.42c reduction in peak temps is amazing! This cooler fits perfectly in Corsair 250D ITX case. The mounting solution is identical to the Intel Stock Cooler, which makes it easy to install, however the clips are still awkward and flimsy, and the directions are not clear on the orientation to lock them. Each of the 4 foot clips has 2 retainers, and one of the retainers on one of the feet broke off when clamping it down. The 2nd retainer was strong enough to hold it, however it would be nice to see a traditional back bracket mounting system for this cooler.Overall I am very pleased with the cooler, the fan is near silent with my motherboards default CPU fan curve, and I never saw temps over 58c while stress testing.

It gets job done well. Tiny, quiet, inexpensive, good material quality, nice looking.Way much better than a stock cooler. But you need to be very careful with its mounts. EVGA choosed to use the same design of an intel lga 115x stock cooler mount to the motherboard - which are easy to break and hard to install as other reviews mention. If you are an experienced PC builder and did research how ppl installed it before you buy, you could still buy it like I did. The related compoents with my set: Intel Core i5 10400F + Asrock B460M PRO4.

EDIT: after installing the cooler, i let the entire setup sit while i was waiting for the case. The cooler has made a slight bend in the motherboard. Please see photos. This bend was instantly relieved after taking off the cooler. The mounting popped off right after turning the latches, unlike an intel stock cooler, in which you still have to pull it out after unlatching.Old review has been left underneath for records.as mentioned quite a few times on other reviews, the cooler itself is quite nice. the big issue comes from the finicky mounting. the mounting hardware resembles a classic intel stock "press down" style. however, I, along with many others, was not able to properly press all of the tabs down, only getting 3.In all honesty, this is one of EVGA's weaker products, which is a shame. if you're a EVGA fanboy like everyone else is, and want a branded cooler, go for it. just be ready to have your thumbs hurt. its a classic tower style cooler, and will work fine.

To my surprise this has been keeping my CPU in the mid 20c range at idle and no more over heating issues when gaming. Good value and performance for the buck.
