My old CPU cooler had broken loose from the mother board, This new one fastened in place quickly and works well.

They advertize this fan as being low noise, it is more then twice as laud as my old fan and sound like a little tornado. I could sleep with my old fan running day and night, but not with this one. I will not be leaving my computer running for long periods the time. I dislike the anchoring system, one of the ends did not lock down. The anchor pins are too cheap. I will be looking for a different fan. The seize is right and fairly light weight, but I prefer all copper to aluminum.

The CPU Cooler works as expected - it keeps the computer cool enough to run. My only complaint is that the fan is loud, my wife jokingly calls my computer a "jet engine" now.I chose this cooler because the ease of installation and I didn't have to remove the motherboard to get it in place. I might end up replacing it soon enough in the event that I can't take the noise any longer.
