I used this cooler for a Ryzen 2700x in an Asrock Taichi. It’s an excellent cooler, and dead quiet even at max fans. My cpu idles in the mid 30s, typical load in the 50’s, and maxes out on prime95 at 85 (Tctrl, C). And, thanks to the offset, there are no RAM clearance problems. Very highly recommended. The only downside is that it’s hard to find.

This thing is a beast.Very easy to mount. With AMD you don’t need to remove the backplate.Silent, don’t even hear it at all at 100% speedUsing this to overclock a ryzen 5 3600. Before the cpu would run at 90c under stress-now it sits about 72c under full load.Comes with a long screwdriver to make life so much easier. The clips snap on with ease!

Quiet as nowhere...I have a music production studio and I cannot describe how I've satisfied with this purchase. If you're looking for a silent and effective cpu cooler, this might be your medicine...

I am using this to cool a i9-9900K overclocked to 5 GHz on all cores. Running Handbrake to transcode videos doesn't cause any over heating on the CPU. A really great cooler.
