I am not going to say you can't game on it; sure you can, if you want a good solid board on a budget and aren't into radical overclocking. With the ITX form factor you can build a nice small desktop for general use; add a gaming video card (if you can find one in stock right now) to do double duty as a gaming rig that won't be a big eyesore in the living room. I am not using this for either purpose, it's my router, pared with a Pentium gold and 8 gigs of 3000 ram. In this role it is on 24/7 and has been very stable with a 4 port Intel NIC installed, a small SSD and PFSense router software. I wouldn't hesitate to build one as a general PC/lightweight gamer/streaming video box.

This is a good board with plenty of features. Of course it's not for overclocking. The built in wifi has worked well for me in Windows 10 x64 and the only real drawback is the fact that it would be nice if it had 4 memory slots instead of just 2. At the time of my purchase it was one of only 3 mATX boards in stock for socket 1200 that were under $200 US.

This board is *cheap.* With it, you get a good quality platform with enough I/O for general use. Honestly don't see why you'd get anything else to pair with a locked 10th gen chip. (no overclocking of course, use this with non-k CPUs)

Great mini itx board for the price. Installed a pentium gold cpu, for a budget DIY NAS. It’s nice that it has 4 SATA ports! It runs multiple vms and containers no problem.
