Heart of a new gaming rig. Works superbly with i5-8600, EVGA 1060 6GB, Samsung 970 EVO M.2 240 GB, and 16 GB of HyperX Predator RAM. Also added a SATA 500 GB SSD and a 1 TB hard drive to complete the ensemble. Decided to forego the overclocking route this time and am very happy with the great speed, smooth graphics and rock solid reliability.FYI - I recycled an older (favorite) case from a few rigs back that has a AC'97 front panel. You need to disable the front panel plug checking option on Realtek driver to have the mic and earphone jacks work (i.e., not be disabled by driver). I thought I had a problem. Remember the internet is your friend.

At the price this is very much the best bang for your dollar for an lga1151 mobo. Two warnings:1- If you play games, watch videos, listen to music or especially if you use the microphone, make sure you order a sound card with it. The mic port on mine makes me sound like I'm speaking through distortion underwater. There is no directional sound support and it simply sounds flat and awful.2 - update the bios before you install windows. There are several bugs in the bios that it ships with, several cause the windows 10 installer to blue screen and a few cause windows to crash when you do manage to install it.

I am currently building LAN computers for gaming. These are a decent price for the features i only need. Only issue i had was that the plastic guide around the USB 3 plug on the motherboard came off with the cases front panel USB 3 plug when i tried to unplug it. I was lucky enough that the pins did not bend, so i was able to line up the pins to the plastic piece and get it back on. So the durability i wouldn't give it 5 stars, they could have used some adhesive of some sort to make sure they are more permanently attached. They could have made the I/O shield just a little higher quality as well. Other motherboards i have purchased it felt like you had to actually try to bend them, these ones are pretty flimsy. Maybe fancy it up with a logo or custom design, but who is looking at the back of computer anyways? Besides that scary issue, a great product overall.

I upgraded recently from an ASRock Z87 Pro4 ATX mobo to this one (H370M Pro4 mATX). The transition was smooth, I had to revert to using legacy RAID to restore my old RAID 0 setup from my previous motherboard, which took a bit of searching online to figure out.
