Bought this with intent to stick a 1920x in it, I've used ASRock motherboards before, and I'm not sure I'll ever switch. I ended up doing this mobo with 64GB of Mushkin Silverline 2400 ram (note this ram isn't on the QVL but it works fine for me and runs at the intended speed in quad channel), a threadripper 1920x, Noctua U14S TR4-SP3, and a Fenvi NGFF m.2 WiFi kit, and I couldn't be happier with my build. If you're worried about a DOA board, or even incompatible RAM, you now have a little more insight on what to buy.

Easy build so easy anybody could do it requires atx power plus 2 cpu 4+4pin but you can always buy an adapter. Comes with instructions on how to set the board up I bought a amd ryzen thread ripper 1920 it meets all the requirements and I'm going to fill the 8 ddr4 slots with corsair vengeance pro 16gb sticks. Going to liquid cool and fill all pcie slots with amd graphics cards. Still a work in progress

It has never worked since bought. I have tried different power supplies thinking that was the problem and the manufacturers suggestions but nothing has worked. Took the board out and looked where the cpu goes it has been damaged before I received it after doing a close inspection. I have used Asrock for years but have gotten 2 bad boards in the last 6 months. I have bought my last Asrock board. I will go to another brand.
