This motherboard was a great upgrade up from my gigabyte b350 gaming 3, the vrm temps on that thing was off the charts. The wifi and the dual ethernet ports are really nice. Also great to have a post code, power and restart buttons, but with a board this high-end it is kind of expected. I managed to get my 1700x to 3.8ghz at 1.28v stable, tested with prime95 for an hour. I probably will try to go higher when I get better cooling, but it works pretty well. Cpu stayed at 75ish degrees when overclocked using prime95 and the vrm never really went above 65 degrees. I wish there was more RGB on this board because I love that stuff, but it is nothing a light strip cant fix. I haven't really had any issues with the board so far, but who knows, something may come up later down the line.Update: 1/4/19Just fiddled with voltage settings a bit more, and this overclocks great, 3.8ghz at 1.24v, 3.9ghz at 1.32. Both are tested and stable with an hour and a half of prime95.

Bum board. Came to my house with loose pieces from who knows where on the board that fell into openings underneath the plastic coverings, and lighted up but kept giving different error codes on the Dr. Debug screen. And of course it wouldn't boot. Installation wasn't the easiest with this board but it wasn't a problem, and I've only built 2 computers before this. I went ahead & returned this bum board after confirming that it doesn't work with whatever pieces fell off of it not there, and got an Asus Prime X470-Pro. Extremely happy with that one. Much easier to install, didn't have any loose or bent pieces when it came like this one did, worked on the first try, supports and runs beautifully with my ryzen 2700x without the need for another CPU for a bios update (i wasn't even able to get to the bios with this one no matter what CPU i tried) and all that good stuff.

This motherboard is not for a novice. I have built many computers but this was hard. First there are no labels on the board. There is a board layout diagram in the manual, but it is small, poorly printed, and only has numbers. You have to refer to the next page for the actual label. I had to enlarge it to be legible. The rest of the manual is great if you're a technonerd; otherwise its useless. If you have big/fat fingers getting connectors on will be hard because there is so much crammed on the board. It does have two PCIe slots and comes with the SLI bridge, 4 SATA data cables, and lost of different screws.

Tried AMD4 motherboards from GigaByte, first one died in less than 30 days, second kept getting post errors. Both were update as recommend to latest Bios, did fix anything.Installed ASRock X370 Professional Gaming Socket AM4/AMD ATX Motherboard, updated Bios. Have had no issues at all! Bought because heard Asus boards were doing just as bad.Love internet; TWO GB RJ45 plus WiFi.....
