The custom PC build with this ASUS TUF Z390-Pro Gaming motherboard went very smooth with ZERO problems to date (4+ months and counting). The build included an Intel i5-9600K, Cooler Master 212 EVO CPU Cooler, Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 2666Mhz, Samsung 970 EVO NVMe PCIe M.2 500GB SSD, Samsung 860 EVO SATA 500GB SSD, MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 Ventus 6GB, and Seasonic 550W Gold Plus power supply.I'm not doing any significant overclocking - only 4.6Ghz on 4 of the 6 cores. But I have no doubt higher overclocking could be achieved. The Samsung 970 EVO NVMe M.2 SSD is BLAZING fast!! Windows 10 boots in less than 6 seconds. Shutdown is about 3-4 seconds. This ASUS TUF Z390-Pro Gaming motherboard is installed in a Fractal Design R5 case with three (3) Noctua NF-P14's 140mm 1200rpm PWM fans - two intake and one exhaust. I replaced the stock Cooler Master 212 CPU cooler fan with a Noctua NF-F12 120mm 1500rpm higher static flow fan. Noctua makes some of the best quiet-running fans available! This cooling setup is more than sufficient to keep the i5-9600K CPU in the low to mid 60's C at near 100% max utilization. Normal everyday (non-gaming) use temps are 25-29 C range. Liquid cooling is simply not necessary. (Oh yea, I also used quality Artic MX-4 thermal compound.)I can't address this PC's performance under a heavy gaming load - as it's only occasionally used for moderate gaming. That said, the MSI 1660 6GB Ventus is probably sufficient to run most games at 1080p. (If you're looking at 1660-based GPU video cards now, go with an MSI 1660 Super or higher.)I built this PC with the primary objectives being reliability and moderate-to-high overall performance. So far those objectives have been met and surpassed. If I had to do it over again (today) I would choose the same ASUS TUF Z390-Pro Gaming motherboard.
Logan Awesome
I have it running with the i9 9900k at 5ghz with no issues at all, temps are fine across the board, Has all the connectors I need, The only one i wish it had is the ASUS 3pin rgb but aw well.Defiantly feels and looks like a board that was built to last.If you are overclocking avoid using auto settings for the voltage, It puts them way to high, I got my i9 @5ghz with 2.750v stable but the auto wanted to put it as high as 4.2v. I tried the adaptive voltage with a negative offset but then it would drop too low and ramping down and cause a failure. Just save yourself the trouble and go with manual voltage if you are gonna overclock. Results my vary but that's the fun of overclocking.

Bought this mobo at the tail end of December and it's been nothing but rock solid and stable! And for that alone I love it. Asthetics really matched the look I was going for when I picked it out. Very clean look and not crazy disco RGB night club Rave flashy. Tho I do wish it had a 3 pin digital RGB header on it. Overclocking is good if you know what you're doing. The auto Overclocking can be dangerous! As I gave that a shot and it put me at 5.2ghz on my 9700k and thermals were insane! Like over 100c at times. Other than that, when everything is set manually and using a bit of common sense this thing is VERY solid!
