I love this board! I love the color scheme around it and just the feature richness of this board. There's a reviewer on here that goes into a few more detail about the board so won't so a lot on it. But the reason I personally got this board was because i wanted a board that can overclock the i7 10700k to 5Ghz or more, but also has the options to do content creation as well without sacrificing one for the other. Yes, it probably loses some features from one to the next but i feel it has the best mix of both worlds. I love the brushed aluminum parts of the chipset, vrms, and the m.2 slots. Just wish i could truly build a color scheme around this board. If you like gaming and having the performance, but also wanna do things like twitch streaming, youtube videos, and video rendering...cant go wrong here. Plus it has great RGB compared to the other vision motherboard.P.S - This was my first Gigabyte product ever. The BIOS is actually pretty great! Could also be tweaked here and there. But overall I know where things are. Though this is my second build so yea.Specs:CPUI: 10700K OC to 5.0 Ghz All coreCooler: MSI MAG 240 AIO Cooler(keeps it cooled at 5Ghz underload 70C max)RAM: Team Group T-Force RGB Ram 16GB 2x8.(will be switching this out to Trident Z 32GB soon)GPU: MSI RX 580 Gaming X plus 8GB( will be switching this out in the future to a 3060Ti or 3070 when prices aren't ass)PSU: Phanteks AMP 650W Gold PSU. Its great and has all the connections i need. Also has 10yr warranty.Case: CoolerMaster H500 ARGB case. I love this case. Great air flow. An has a handle.

Gigabyte motherboards usually full of options. I filtered my choices among Z490 series according to the following: it contains WIFI, DTS sound support. 3 M.2 PCIe SSD slots, with their thermal guards. Dual LAN. In addition to the other features that are shared with the Z490 series including Intel Optane memory support. It ran good. No issues.Pros:1. All of the above plus the general properties of the GIGABYTE motherboards2. Additional thermistors included in the box3. Four hard disk cables are included.4. WIFI antenna included.5. One RGB LED strip extension cable (for gaming kids).😄Cons: (can be overlooked)1. The hidden wire connecting the WIFI PCI card to the rear interface is not acceptable (given in picture).2. Included software and drivers are useless until having windows update.3. The M.2A slot is entirely hidden under the VGA cart.

This motherboard is a great product. I was so glad I bought this it is a quality product in both manufacturing and easy of use. I just built a great gaming system with this motherboard and will use this board to build another for myself. The ease of access to each component made the install so great and everything is labeled expertly. The only thing for this build and the case I was using is I had to front mount the radiator for the cpu cooler instead of a top mount. The tools used for overclocking and the included heatsinks for the NVMe drives made this a first choice in gaming motherboards for me.

First board wouldn't boot to BIOS. Gigabyte support worthless sorting it out. I spend a lot of time fooling around and updating BIOS ... no luck .. sent it backReplacement is fine.Still can't get Thunderbolt 3 to work for video. Again Gigabyte support worthless and documentation on TB3 is a joke.Nice board ... needs better technical supportI should have stuck with ASUS .. my goto for at least 10 yearsOne thing I can say is Wi-Fi 6 is legit ... 50% increase in speed over Wi-fi 5. Hit 850 MBs from 20 feet with Wi-fi 6 AT&T gateway/router
