I built my first pc back on Thanksgiving of 2020 and I chose this board because it had about everything I was looking for - a nice set of usb 3.0 ports and supporting front usb and usb-c panel support, 2 supporting m.2 slots, and built in WiFi connectors. I must say that this mobo is amazing and totally blew my mind with the internet speeds it delivers. I knew WiFi 6 delivers faster speeds and I usually get around 60 mpbs on my Macbook and phone, but now I get up to 300-400 mpbs! I appreciate I can run two m.2 drives, but beware that the top slot is m.2 sata and nvme while the second slot is only nvme support. Also to keep in mind is that if you use the bottom pcie slot for a sound card or capture card, the bottom m.2 slot will not work so choose wisely.I guess the only thing I could wish for is that it didn't just come in a micro form because I would have liked to have the larger surface area. It's not a big of a deal since I put it in a NZXT h510 case, which fits great in.In case you are wondering about compatibility, I'll list my components below to give a rough idea if this board will work with your parts.1. Ryzen 7 3700 X2. 32 gb (2 x 16gb) Corsair Vengeance DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory3. Western Digital m.2 sata drive - 250 gb (used it for my boot drive)4. Samsung m.2 nvme drive - 1 tb5. MSI Radeon RX 5700 XT Graphics Card6. Corsair RM (2019) 650 W 80+ Gold fully modularI hope this helps :)

Solid motherboard, with a lot of good stuff. Everything works as intended for now, hope that will continue. I would have liked more fans headers, but for this price it's really a great piece of hardware. The only negative point is not proper to this model but to all of MSI motherboards: antennas' position!!! This is a nightmare, a very serious design flaw. If you are like me and have a lot of stuff connected to the rear I/O, this will give you a headache. Asus and GB are using cable antennas, so you can put them anywhere you want. Not a deal breaker, it can be fixed by purchasing 3rd party antennas, but it's still a shame, especially for this product.Shipping was as requested, I talked to Amazon support multiple times and insisted about importance of good packaging, and I was very satisfied but the job they have done this time.

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the WiFi connectors started to loosen up 3 months after instaling it.

So I decided to take a chance and ordered a couple of MBOs advertised as good / used units from the warehouse. Both are currently priced higher as I type this review. The other MBO is the Tomahawk version which will have its own review. This is my 1st time ordering used computer parts from Amazon and yes I've seen / read horror reviews here and on YT although I've been lucky for the most part buying used / refurb / open box MBOs on that other online buying site. A huge plus is that this unit looked like it had never been used / installed and that it came in the original box which for the most part was trashed. The carboard insert was missing and the MBO wrapped in ASB was loose inside. The 2 antennas and both SATA cables were tossed inside the box on top of the board. Nothing else was included. The cover for the CPU socket was from an ASUS board but it was securely installed protecting the pins from damage. No m2 screws or any other hardware were included. Granted none of what was missing or condition of the box was a guarantee but be nice to have something in there, LOL. No sticker, the MSI badge, zero paperwork, disc, tools, nada. Good thing the I/O shield is attached to the board. End of the day what matters is that the board works with no issues out of the box. Hopefully long term there will be no functionality issues. Registered this board with MSI USA and seemed to have taken my information with no issues. Overall I'd give this purchase a 4.5 star rating. I did update the bios to the newest version but I have not yet tried a 13th generation CPU. I don't foresee any issues if I decide to run 13th and beyond. YMMVLeer menos
