Clocked it to 4.9 running stable.

Seams to work as advertised. I overcooked it to 5Ghz on accident, let it run for an hour that way, it didn't even balk. I will not push it that hard again, but will start pushing when I have the time.

I haven't try this yet but it doesn't come with stock cooler what a bummer

Both Windows and Linux crashes at the begin and can't boot up even tried multiple time system recovery by S/W. I had to replace the CPU to fix the issue. Sadly giving 1 star rating (I'd rather to give 0 star if such option exists).
