No rgb nonsense to hamper performance or extra apps to install. Has 3 rows of cooling fins which gives a good sense of future proofing along with OC. It seemed like a loose fit at first and then I realized it wasn't in all the way. It turned out to be a very tight fit and is not meant to be taken out for a very long time, which also indicates it could last much longer than the motherboard itself. That reminds me; the manual of my X370-F board says it cannot go past 3200MHZ oc on memory. Others have had similar issues when using DOCP and had to manually overclock to achieve this. With an updated bios and the trident ram I have here, I simply used DOCP and it jumps straight to 3608/CAS15 . It was advertised as 3600, but truly is plug-in-play and I have a feeling this thing could still go higher, but really, no need.

This is Samsung B-Die. OC-friendly, and easy to use.No issues whatsoever.I'm running on Intel, and have it at 3733 at CL15 1.42vYou can probably get to 4000 CL17 at 1.45-1.5v if you're on AMD
