I purchased these with a compact gaming Motherboard and needed DDR4. There are lots of different flavors of DDR4 out there so beware but these are performing great in my MSI Intel Skylake H110-I Motherboard. The performance is good and they only get warm to the touch even when in heavy data transfer use. I would buy these again and recommend them to others.
