Seagate IronWolf 12TB NAS Internal Hard Drive HDD – 3.5 Inch SATA 6Gb/s 7200 RPM 256MB Cache RAID Home Servers

Had a problem with a new Seagate 12tb NAS drive that ran for 2-3 days is all -- I've had ~ 10 Seagate Ironwolf drives and have never had a problem -- some of the drives are still running after 8.4 years. I love these drives, but there was a problem with this one. I called Scott at ALL4COMPUTERS who took the time to discuss the problem and potential fixes, which didn't work, so he promptly sent me a new one. I was Impressed with his customer service -- thank you, Scott.

I added three of these ST12000VN0008 12TB drives to my Synology NAS a few months ago and could not be happier.I purchased them through Server Parts Deal and they contacted me to make sure everything was perfect which it was - packaged excellently with plenty of protection (which is not always the case).The drives honestly could not be working better. They just keep humming along in my NAS providing constant data across my network. In fact, they are working so well I’m considering ordering more now from the same company. I believe in supporting companies that go the extra mile and this company is one that does.My experience with both the drives and Server Parts Deal has been nothing but excellent and I recommend them both 100%.

Received a DOA drive described "Like New". IronWolf drives are bombproof and great performers. Amazon Warehouse Deals is a way to dump defective product back into the marketplace and hope no one tests it before the return window closes.

Got what we ordered and a good price when promised. What more could you ask for! We continue to order from this vendor again.
