it gave my ps3 room to breath and at the same time i can put all of my games on it with room to spare. it was so very easy to install. highly recommended!since adding this hard drive to my ps3 it has given me way more memory and it has been working like a champ. It has made my ps3 feel like it was brand new again and right out of the box from game stop where i bought it brand new. with this hard drive you will have the same feeling all over again.

Arrived before promised as a replacement drive for a two year old laptop. Worked fine and installed without problem. Finding many newer SATA drives have a shorter life than old PATA drives. Perhaps the mass production or the higher capacity crammed into the same physical space. At least they are very inexpensive

I've had a few people recommend that I should stay away from Seagate. Personally, i've never had any problem with Seagates HDDs. Works as expected and comes with a two year warranty. What more could you ask for? Read write speeds are about average for a 5400 rpm hdd. Nothing spectacular. Gets the job done.
