Had a AX1200i that was shutting off. Looked up compatible cables so I wouldn't have to rewire my entire PC again, and found out the HXi shares cables. When I got the unit, it actually had a different motherboard connector on the PSU, but luckily, I'm already using a Motherboard 24 pin + 8 pin extension cable, so, all I had to do was swap the motherboard cable with the one provided, was simple. Everything works again.

Runs my desktop with a Ryzen 7 5800X3d, Nvidia RTX 4080, 280mm liquid CPU cooler, 6 case fans, 4 Nvme SSDs, 64 GB of RAM and case lights with ease. Fan is quiet and I hear nothing that others refer to as coil whine. Only thing is that it doesn't have the new 12 volt connector that is used on the Nvidia high end cards so you will need an adapter, which may not be a bad thing if your connector fails on your GPU, at least you will only have to replace the adapter harness if it damages the harness connector plug.

my 3rd PC build always been with same brand PSU in last 15 years. Never have had bad experience, I can confidently recommend this to my co-worker and to any of you researching for quality PSU. Indeed price little bit higher than any other brand but for quality and performance you get what you paid for. My 15 years old PSU still up and running until today.Pros:Power-up at first boot.Handled my Ryzen 5950x and NVIDIA FE RTX 3090 just fine and plenty of powerQuality/premium buildCons:Typical ugly cable, Not really Cons actually it does the job. Personally willing to pay extra for nice braided or throw some LED maybe.Would be helpful if it have LED showing power is on. No indicator or whatsoever I found it hard for first time builder to troubleshoot when PC not booting up. I have some case, my client almost throw away his PSU due to not knowing which part of component not working at the time of build.
