Really high quality product especially for the price. The fan is super quiet and it has an eco mode where the fan only turns on under a load. I have eco mode off and it is still much quieter than the EVGA power supply that was on my prebuilt pc. The computer sounds much quieter now. I thought it was my case fans making noise but I think it was my old power supply's fan. It is a semi modular unit meaning all the cables except the 24 pin connector to the motherboard are modular. You only have to add what you need for your pc. Speaking of cables this one comes with more than you will ever need for most pc's and enough slots on the power supply to power them all. Installed easily with no issues.I was so impressed that I ordered another 650W GQ power supply for my other pc although I didn't really need it. For an 80 plus gold rated power supply the price and quality can't be beat. The packaging is very nice as well. Comes with instructions, foam to secure and protect the psu in the box and velcro cable ties to loom the wires that you can use to manage wires inside your case as well. I believe there are 4 of the velcro cable straps. I would highly recommend this power supply. There are fully modular versions from EVGA as well. This semi modular version will give you almost the same function of the fully modular at a lower price. For me it was perfect. Throw in the 5 year warranty as a cherry on top.

Pulled out my old raidmax 550 black xt garbage power supply and it weighed nothing and everything was loose inside, that said never had an issue with it and can not fault it for being cheap i got it with a pretty bad azz case for $69 real glass side panel and addressable RGB front panel that looks 3d cheers RAIDMAX! Anyway pulled this EVGA bad boy out the box and it's got some heft to it very solid and screams quality, only using it for test bench purposes atm till it goes in to my 11th gen budget build but i know i will be a happy camper with a i7 11700k, 32 gigs 4000 m/ts ram and a 3070 ti. If you're going 4 series gpu i'd get the 850 gold version or better.

I have been running AAA titiles with ultra graphics and Ray Tracing using this PSU with 6900xt and 12700k. It is very efficient and quiet. Worth the money, even though it is semi modular, it has many custom ports for power source. Cables are good quality and it was easy to fit in a mATX case. It looks good in the case and EVGA warranty is the best in the market so it is a no brainer.

This review has been edited... this psu works perfectly and it has increased the performance of my PC greatly! Easy install, very quiet, and super efficient. Must have power supply!Old review. My replacement is being sent in the mail. I will change this rating if the new one works. The one I was sent would not power on my PC only my LED lights.. I troubleshooted everything I could but could not find any other solutions other than sending it back for a replacement... I hope this one works. It's not fun rewiring a PC...
