Had two die within a week of install. No burning smell. No power flux while operational. Just came home and was dead by the weekend following install.

Alright bought this psu to power OC 10900k and 3080 3 months ago so far so good.I have had zero issues with this power supply no melting wires (Note I used the cables that came with the psu) or connector issues.Psu does what its supposed to and is very quiet . I was a bit nervous seeing some of the bad reviews on this unit, but with covid and the shortages I took a gamble and it was a great choice!Note she is a bit on the bigger side so make sure your case has space for it.Only down side is that it does not have an on/off switch on the unit. Nothing serious just would be nice to have one.

We bought and changed out our power supply while chasing down an issue with the pc only to find the power supply was not the culprit, but I am pleased with this power supply, it is quiet and works great. For those of you who would like to know what the problem was, it turned out to be the reset button on the case was causing my pc to randomly reboot itself. We unplugged it and the issue stopped.

Terrible experience. I had the power supply installed by a professional. This was not even being used for gaming. It just would not turn on one day. It show to have a 5 year warranty... but it is a manufacturer warranty. Thermaltake says on their website that "Thermaltake products sold through auctions sites, such as eBay or Amazon, by private sellers will not be covered." It sounds good, but they will not honor their 5 year warranty.Maybe I just bought a bad one, but it is very disappointing that no one would honor the warranty.
