I am using this screen as a replacement for a 32” TV for my pc (768p, 60hz) and it is absolutely amazing. The curved screen gives it sort of a strange but immersive feel to it and assuming your pc can pump the frames it feels smoother than silk. Only complaints were that the body doesn’t have a matte finish so it picks up prints and is a little grippy, and sort of feels a bit cheaper but it’s still decent and the colors were COMPLETELY off and I had to do a ton of fiddling to get it to look normal but other than that I might even get a second one if I do decide I want a dual monitor setup.

(UPDATE) 4/2/2021 almost a years time since buying this monitor, and i must say (i wouldnt buy it again, BUT not due to not loving the monitor, just simply bc i will go to 1440p or higher next viewsonic purchase i make) have had 0 issues other than the one i mentioned below, hopefully those that have had the issue i had, did manage to see my steps and resolved their problem as well, remember! you must use a DP display port cable to get 144hz on this monitor, or most i know of period, unless stated otherwise by the monitor and gpu specs.)EDIT (includes steps to get rid of the flickers for ALL VX2458-C-MHD displays ON NVIDIA GRAPHIC CARDS! See PICS ABOVE!! youll need CRU (custom resolution utility) google it.(october 16th 2020) about those flickers i mentioned, i forgot to mention i got this issue fixed with CRU custom resolution utility, you can google it and find it my values are in screenshots above. this completly solved my flickers in rust (most noticeably was rust) as well as when the framerate dropped below a certain point. you should for sure change your values to mind and use nvidia gsync pendulum demo and set the framerate to the lowest possible that will make it flicker if its going to then adjust the values in cru accordingly.make sure to hit ok after all steps, if yours already looks like this then they listened to the emails and updated it. dont perform clean install of nvidia drivers other wise youll need to do this again. it works fine for freesync. editupdate may27th 2020 ive noticed some flickering in the dark while hovering over things, this is when gsync is turned on i first noticed this when opening rust and thought nothing much of it at the time. but turning off gsync and the flickering goes away...so id have to say its NOT gsync compatible for a reason. yes using dpi cable otherwise it wouldnt use gsync at all on nvidia gpu, yes my gpu is new 2070 super ftw3, no its not my power supply 1000 focus+ gold from seasonic.edit:5/23/2020 a little over a week id say now, ive been using this monitor quite a bit. and now i can update my review. i do notice slight ghosting. you can see it in the picture no its not a high speed camera. its a note 8 n950u cam. but thats not the point. the monitor works really well for what it is. does have slight hotspots for white bleedthrough. but its ever so slightly i dont mind it. bc like i said for 150 dollars... its STILL a great deal.considering ive been on 60hz ALL MY LIFE i didnt realize it would make this kind of difference. but im impressed to say the least. thought it was defective at first when all it did was go through the red green white yellow color test for a bit. then i hooked it straight to my gpu instead of through my splitter and now im GSYNCED with 144hz! have to use a DISPLAY cable btw so whoever told me you didnt maybe your gpu isnt a 2070super?? idk glad i got the dp cable to pair with this monitor as ive not encountered gsync or 144hz before. the COLORS MAN ON MAN without changing them they POP i gotta say this is well worth the 150 i spent but it did take nearly 3 weeks to get here. anyhow THANK YOU VIEWSONIC! much love!

Lets be clear, I got the refurbished one from Amazon Warehouse. Even so it was packed well, and came in great shape as described. Works super good, and at 144hz it unlocks a whole other level
A random buyer.
Buying this monitor was the best decision I've made. I have used my 15.6-inch laptop for a while thinking that it was enough, but no, this monitor changed my view. Back then, I had to get up close to the screen of the monitor for some pixel angles in Rainbow 6 Siege, but now even with the 24-inch model, I can juz sit back on my chair and easily see through the pixel angle. However, juz for the 24-inch model, here's the take: the bezels are NOTHING like the image. It is much thicker and rounder!!!! for those planning to buy the 24-inch version, keep this in mind. Scroll down the product description, and you'll see the monitor with thicker bezels, yes, that's what ur paying for. I think the thinner bezel models start from 27-inch and above, but for juz $150, you really can't go wrong with this monitor for all the features it packs.
